Return Policy

I hope you won't want or need to return your jewellery, but if for any reason you are not happy with it you are welcome to return your item, I can offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. The jewellery must be returned in perfect condition, it must not be worn and must be in original packaging. Commissions and customized pieces cannot be returned. Postage costs will not be refunded unless goods are faulty. Rachel Pearson Jewellery does not accept responsibility for return postage, I would advise using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for or Special Delivery depending on the value of the Jewellery.

Suppliers

Your jewellery order will be packaged in a beautiful gift box. I source my packaging from the Tiny Box Company - The gift box is made from 100% recycled material and it contains a eco-fibre fill to cushion and protect the jewellery.

I source all of my silver, gold, copper & brass from Cookson Gold part of the Heimerle + Meule Group, one of Europe's largest refiners and processors of precious metals.

Care Instructions

All jewellery benefits from a little looking after.

Store jewellery separately to avoid scratches or tangling (you could use acid free tissue paper to separate jewellery).

You can easily clean silver jewellery with warm soapy water and a soft cloth or tooth brush.

Silver will tarnish over time through exposure to the environment, you can brighten it up again by using a silver polishing cloth and storing it in zip lock bags.

Avoid wearing jewellery when coming into contact with any chemicals (such as swimming pools, cleaning products etc..)

Avoid wearing jewellery natural springs or in the sea

Hallmark

All of the silver or gold jewellery I sell (above the required weight of 1g for gold or 7.78g for silver) is hallmarked at the Goldsmiths' Assay Office in London using my own makers mark and the traditional UK Hallmarks.
